No, we are a tattoo only studio.

How do I book an appointment?
Here are a few ways to book an appointment:
1) Fill out our booking form.

3) Reach out to our artists individually via email.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We primarily accept Cash or Zelle.
We do accept credit cards, but and additional 3% service fee will be charged on the total cost of the tattoo.

Do you take walk-ins?
We are an appointment only studio. However, same day appointments are sometimes available. For any inquiries, please fill out our booking form or call +1 (469)207-3487

Can I bring friends and family to my appointment?
Due to our private suite layout, we do not allow additional guests during an appointment. No minors are allowed at the studio.

What is your touch-up policy?
Manifest Gallerie and the artists are happy to provide free touch-ups as long as they meet the following criteria:
- Touch-up must be done within 6 months of getting the tattoo.
-Touch-up must be done by the original artist.
-Client followed aftercare instructions correctly and did not partake in unallowed usage of numbing cream.

What is your numbing cream policy?
We do not accept any usage of numbing creams of any kind applied by the client. These can lead to complications during and after the session.
Any client that arrives with numbing cream will be asked to leave, forfeit their deposit, and required to put a new deposit down to reschedule.
Manifest Gallerie and the artists are not responsible for infections, complications or poor healing resulting from unallowed usage of numbing cream.
Manifest Gallerie does not provide any free touch ups if the tattoo healed poorly resulting from unallowed usage of numbing cream.

What is your deposit/cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. All deposits go towards the overall cost of the tattoo.
Deposits are for the design discussed during the consultation. If there are any major changes to the design or you want a new design, a new deposit will be required.
Deposits are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Deposits are used to pay for the drawing time it takes to create a design as well as reserving the appointment slot.
7 day advance notice must be given to reschedule or deposit is forfeited.
No call / No shows forfeit their deposit and will not be welcomed in the future.

What is the aftercare instructions for a tattoo?
ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING YOUR NEW TATTOO
1) Remove Dermashield (wrap) in 2-7days. Recommended to remove with running water or in the shower.
2)Wash the tattoo with UNSCENTED LIQUID ANTIBACTERIAL soap and warm water with your clean hands. Do not use face towels, sponges, or anything abrasive to wash your new tattoo.
3)When drying your tattoo, do not wipe it. Pat it gently with a clean towel and let it air dry for 5-10 minutes.
4) Apply a LIGHT coat of Aquaphor or Vitalitree on your new tattoo. Use this 2-3 times a day for the next 4-5 days. Make sure to WASH your hands and the tattoo between coats with UNSCENTED LIQUID ANTIBACTERIAL soap and warm water. (Use sterile bandages or other sterile dressings as needed).
5) After 4-5 days, stop using the Aquaphor/Vitalitree and switch to non-scented lotion. Apply lotion 3-4 times a day for the next week and keep it moist during the last stage of your healing process. Make sure to WASH your hands and the tattoo between coats with UNSCENTED LIQUID ANTIBACTERIAL soap and warm water.
IMPORTANT:
For at least two weeks: No sum exposure, No swimming in fresh/salt/chlorinated waters. No long bubble baths/baths. No long showers or anything that submerges your tattoo. (Keep showers at a maximum of 10 minutes). Do not pick or scratch your new tattoo and do not expose your tattoo in direct sunlight.
Consult a health care practitioner at the first sign of infection, allergic reaction. Report diagnosed infection/allergic reaction or adverse reaction resulting from the tattoo to the artist and to the Tx Dept. of State Health Services at 1-888-839-6676.
